Mix 92.9 Christmas Songs Contest Rules and Regulations

1. The Mix 92.9 Christmas Songs Contest begins on the air Monday, November 23, 2009 and will end Wednesday, December 16 at 5p.m. Mix 92.9 will give on-air listeners the opportunity to enter and win VIP tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes, overnight hotel accommodations at the Opryland Hotel, and a $1,000 CBL cash. Ten runners-up will each receive a pair of tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes
2. To enter, listeners must submit five Christmas songs, the day, and time heard to Christmas@mix929.com. 
3. Listeners may enter more than once each day.
4. Only one grand prize will be awarded.
5. No purchase is necessary to win. Contestants must live within a 100 mile radius of Nashville, Tennessee.
6. The Contest is open only to listeners who have not won a prize or prizes from Mix 92.9 in the last thirty (30) days, and who have not won a prize or prizes valued at more that $1,000 from Mix92.9 in the last twelve (12) months. No more than one Qualifier per household will be allowed for the duration of this contest. A “household” consists of individuals residing at the same address. Each qualifier must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license or other official photo identification, in his or her name, at the time of winning any prize, and must present the same to Mix 92.9 prior to claiming any prize.
7. The Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Opryland Hotel are responsible for providing Mix 92.9 with their corresponding prizes.
8. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with any prizes won in this or any other Mix 92.9 contest.  Mix 92.9 will provide the Grand Prize Winner with a W-4 form to be completed prior to receiving the qualifying cash.  Mix 92.9 will provide winners of prizes (other than the Grand Prize) in this or any other contest valued at $600 (individually or collectively) or more with 1099 forms for income tax purposes.
9. Employees and immediate families of South Central Communications Corporation and its affiliates, and advertisers are ineligible to participate.
10. Employees of other radio/television broadcasting companies/activities in the Nashville Metropolitan area are not eligible to play or win this contest.
11. No person shall be entitled to any prize if it is discovered that he or she violated the contest rules in any manner.
12. Mix 92.9 has the sole right to initiate and end contest play.
13. Entries will be accepted via Christmas@mix929.com. No other form of entry is accepted.
14. WJXA reserves the right to substitute the grand prize stated for another grand prize similar and/or of equal value.
15. Contest can be canceled at any time without prior notice.
16. WJXA, Mix 92.9, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular and Gaylord Opryland properties are excluded from any legal action resulting from any injury that may occur during the contest and/or use of prizes.
