Your Two Happiest Years

New research claims that most people are never happier in their lives than at the ages of 23 and 69. A study from London says those are the peak years for feeling content and satisfied. The scientists claim people in their early twenties are hopeful about the future, then expectations and satisfaction drop in middle age. BUT, they say by the time you hit your late 60s, you get past the regret of what might have been... and just enjoy life. That means it's completely your ATTITUDE and your MINDSET that makes you either happy, or not. According to research, one day you're going to look back and say, 'Hey, no use focusing on 'coulda, woulda, shoulda.' It is what it is.' So, why not do that NOW? Have dreams, have goals and work to achieve them. But be ready to LET GO of what you EXPECTED and be thankful for WHAT IS. Let's make the rest of our LIVES the best years, not just a couple of them. Bless you and may you be happy today and every day!
