WORLD LEADERS MEET TO DISCUSS ISIS
Leaders and diplomats representing more than two-dozen countries are meeting in Paris today, to discuss President Obama's pledge to defeat and destroy the militant Islamist group known as ISIS.  Everybody's deciding what roles their nations will play in carrying out the strategy against the militants who control broad stretches of Iraq and Syria, and who have now executed a third civilian.  

BRIDGE REPAIR TO CLOSE I-65 THIS WEEK
There's more construction planned for that Peytonsville Road bridge that was destroyed recently  by a tanker explosion... which means a portion of I-65 in Williamson County will be closed most of this week while crews remove the old, burned-out bridge.

GREG NORMAN INJURY
Golf legend Greg Norman is recovering after he nearly severed his hand with a chainsaw over the weekend. He says he's lucky to still have a left hand.

HARDENED SUGAR LIKELY BEHIND HAZMAT INVESTIGATION IN ANTIOCH
There was a little scare at the Publix in Antioch yesterday: somebody reported finding some white powder inside a bottle of syrup. Officials say the Hazardous Materials crew was called out as a precaution, but they determined the white powder, in the syrup bottle, was likely just hardened sugar.

HILLARY CLINTON MAY RUN FOR PRESIDENT
Former First Lady Hillary Clinton admits she's been thinking about a run for the White House in 2016.  

HAPPY MARRIAGE, HAPPY WIFE
The secret to a happy marriage might be a happy wife.  Researchers studied almost 400 couples and found that one of the most powerful influences on the happiness of a marriage is how happy the wife is.  Study authors say when a woman is happy, she tends to want to do more for her husband, and that makes him happy.  On the other hand, when women are unhappy, they're more likely to say so, and that makes husbands unhappy.

NEXT Monday, September 22nd, there are premieres of The Voice, Big Bang Theory, The Blacklist and Gotham. All on the 22nd.

Oh, and Gotham star Ben McKenzie has been injured. He hurt his pretty face. Ben stars as a young Commissioner Gordon in the Batman-themed show, and slammed his forehead into a concrete pillar while filming a fight scene. He's okay, but had to have stitches.

FOOTBALL STUFF
There were a lot of people glued to the TV for their football games. Just so you'll know, UT lost, Vandy won, and the Titans lost.

TITANS APOLOGIZE FOR VIOLENT WARM-UP SONG
The Titans have apologized. Not for losing, but for a song played during warmup that they agreed was in poor taste, with the domestic violence concerns the NFL has been dealing with. The song was "Fight Night" and included the lyrics, "Hit it with the left, hit it with the right, I'm a knock the p--- out like fight night.... " The Titans say that song should have been left out because of the subject matter, but it somehow got past them.

HOLLY BOBO MURDER SUSPECT MOVED TO WILLIAMSON COUNTY
One of the men accused of kidnapping and murdering Holly Bobo has been transferred. Zachary Adams has been moved from Chester County to the Williamson County jail.. but the TBI says it's a procedural move, and not because of any new development in the case. 

FAT SHAMING DOESN'T WORK
It may be meant as friendly advice, but fat shaming someone does NOT help them lose weight. Instead, people who feel ashamed about their size are six times more likely to gain weight. They comfort eat. Then, if they fear ridicule or judgement, they don't get out to get exercise.

Nicole Kidman's dad, Dr. Antony Kidman, has passed away, after falling in his hotel room in Singapore.
Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly had an oil painting of himself and of his ex-wife Maria. He's had it altered -- he had her painted-over.

WINTER-BORN BABIES CRAWL 5 WEEKS EARLIER 
 A new study finds winter-born babies crawl as much as five weeks earlier! Researchers believe that winter-born kids have the advantage of summer weather when they're getting ready to start toddling.

TWO SUSPECTS CHARGED WITH STRING OF MONTGOMERY CO. ROBBERIES
Cops in Montgomery County say they stopped a crime spree, when they arrested two men late Thursday night: 18 year old Daniel Comley and an underaged person with him have been charged with burglarizing at least 14 cars and homes.

MARRIOTT WILL START PUTTING TIP ENVELOPES IN HOTEL ROOMS
Did you know you're supposed to tip your room attendant? That's housekeeping. And, no, most people don't do it. We tip people we SEE, like waiters and bellmen, but the person who gives you clean towels and cleans up your mess, nothing. So Marriott Hotels will start leaving envelopes in the rooms with a reminder note, in case you'd like to. And don't wait till the last night! You want to leave cash each night, and build a relationship. That way when you ask for more towels for the pool, the room attendants will know you appreciate their prompt service.

PEELER PARK GREENWAY OPENS
Nashville's newest greenway is open in Peeler Park, on Neelys Bend Road in Madison. The path includes three-and-a-half-miles of hiking trails and eight-miles of equestrian trails. There's also an RC park there- a remote control park - where you can go to fly your remote controlled planes and toys.
There are Greenways throughout Nashville, to give us walking areas in neighborhoods, near schools, businesses and shopping areas.

ARCHAEOLOGISTS
Archeologists have discovered a new dinosaur: 95-million year-old fossils of a Spinosaurus, a large, crocodile-sized swimmer, with a giant fin on its back.

Exercise may help protect your hearing. Women who are fit are more likely to have sharp hearing in older age than those who are out of shape.

BRENTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL POSTPONING ACT
If the threat found written on the bathroom wall at Brentwood High School was an effort to get out of taking the ACT test, nice try, but, "No." The school is postponing the ACT exam that was supposed to be given tomorrow (Saturday). The message found last Friday said several students and teachers would be killed on September 13th.

ANOTHER WOODLAND HILLS ESCAPEE ARRESTED
There are now TWO kids left on the loose from that breakout at the Woodland Hills Youth Detention Center... Another 17-year-old was caught yesterday at Grove Apartments in Murfreesboro. The teenager had been on the run since last Monday when more than 30 inmates broke out of the facility. 

THREAT WRITTEN ON BATHROOM WALL AT BRENTWOOD HS
Either there's something serious going on at Brentwood High school, or some teenager is feeling pretty intimidated by the ACT exam.

PRESIDENT WILL ADDRESS THE NATION ON PRIMETIME TV
The President will speak to the country in a Primetime address tonight to tell us what his plans for American troops are, concerning the militant group ISIS.

TWO WOODLAND HILLS ESCAPEES CAPTURED
Two teenagers who escaped from the Woodland Hills Youth Detention Center are back in custody, leaving just three of the more than 30 who escaped last week, still on the run. The latest, two 17-year-olds, were found at the Granstaff Apartments on Rosa L.

REMAINS IDENTIFIED AS THOSE OF HOLLY BOBO 
The skull found in Decatur county near murder suspect Zach Adams' home has been identified. TBI director Mark Guinn made the announcement last night that the remains were those of missing nursing student Holly Bobo.
Bobo was kidnapped three-and-a-half years ago.
