SEARCH CONTINUES FOR MISSING 16-YEAR-OLD
The search has been continuing for a 16-year-old girl who's been missing since Tuesday afternoon. Police have used a helicopter and search dogs to try and find Karla Hernandez-Santiago, but no luck so far. A friend of the teenager told police they saw her get into a white car driven by an Hispanic man near the intersection of Dickerson Pike and Queen Avenue, less than a mile from her neighborhood.

SEE SUSPECTS WHO ALLEGEDLY STOLE WOMAN'S WALLET FROM FRANKLIN RESTAURANT
Here's another reason to keep your purse in sight and keep it zipped. A woman was eating at a Franklin restaurant, and someone stole her wallet out of her purse as it hung on the back of her chair. Before she even knew what had happened, some guy had used her ATM card to take out more than 3000 dollars, and a woman had made a fake driver's license and used the card to withdraw 2500 dollars at a bank. Franklin police have posted surveillance photos of the suspects, and are asking you to report them if you know them, and to keep your purse in sight and keep it closed.

QUEEN OF ENGLAND PHOTOBOMB
It has to be a good day when the Queen of England photobombs your selfie.  It happened at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in Scotland this week.  Two Australian field hockey players wanted a selfie with Queen Elizabeth in the background and framed the shot but then the 88-year-old monarch realized what was going on and flashed a big smile for the camera. It's REALLY cute, and you can see it at the link, above.

FLORIDA MAN RUNS OVER HIMSELF IN ROAD RAGE INCIDENT
A Florida man is learning not to let road rage take over. Joseph H. Carl rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a light in Gainesville Tuesday evening. Even though HE hit the other car, he got so enraged at the accident, he hopped out of his truck to yell at the other driver.  Carl's antics spooked the driver and she drove off.  Apparently, Carl never put his truck in park and it rolled over him after the other car left.  Police found beer in his car and smelled alcohol on him.  He was arrested for DUI and DUI with property damage.  He has a broken foot and broken hand.

NO SURVIVORS IN LATEST PLANE CRASH
Officials say no survivors have been found at the crash site of an Algerian plane carrying more than 100 people. The plane went down yesterday in a rainstorm over northern Mali in West Africa.

POLICE: MAN BROKE INTO WOMAN'S CAR, LEFT OBSCENE NOTE 
Police in Smyrna are looking for a man who allegedly broke into a woman's car at the Kroger in Smyrna, and left a note asking her to have sex. Cops have a description of the suspect, and a photo of his white, extended cab truck. 

PENNSYLVANIA DAD CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER
The father of two little girls in Pennsylvania who died after a dresser fell on them, is being charged with involuntary manslaughter because he waited for  15 minutes to go chek on the kids when he heard the crashing sound of the dresser falling. Doctors say the 2 and 3 year old would have lived if the dad had gotten the heavy dresser off of them so they could breathe.

PENNSYLVANIA DOCTOR WITH A GUN STOPS SHOOTER
How much you wanna bet there's a movie maker working on a script based on this story right now?
In Pennsylvania a psychiatric patient was at a doctor's appointment with his caseworker, pulled out a handgun and shot his caseworker. The doctor pulled out his own handgun, and started shooting back. The caseworker died, the patient is in critical condition, the doctor was grazed with a bullet.

PORCELAIN DOLLS PLACED AT SAN CLEMENTE HOMES CREEPING OUT RESIDENTS 
Something weird is going on in San Clemente, California. So far eight families say they've found dolls resembling their daughters left lying on the front porches. Authorities are trying to figure out whether the dolls are a prank or something worse.

And a lady in Murfreesboro has been turned down to get her custom license plate because it didn't look right. She said she's a vegan and wanted her tag to reflect something she's passionate about. So, she wanted her tags to say, "I love tofu." ILVTOFU. The state said, "No."

LOCAL DOCTOR SAYS GET KIDS READY FOR THE HEAT OF PRACTICES, GAMES

TWO ARRESTED IN NASHVILLE FOR HAVING METH SHIPPED TO THEM
Two people have been arrested in Nashville for picking up more than five-pounds of meth, shipped from California through FedEx. Narcotics agents caught the package when it got here, and just waited to see who came to pick it up.

MAN RECORDS GAS PUMP IN GREENHILLS OVERCHARGING HIM
A Nashville man says a gas pump at the Shell in Green Hills was overcharging him, and he caught it on video on his cellphone. Joshua Sizemore says after he stopped pumping the price kept climbing, adding another eight cents onto the balance. He showed the clerk, who deducted the amount from the bill, but the store's been ordered to get the fuel pump fixed.
