STUDY: TO WORK BETTER, WORK, THEN BREAK
You are going to LOVE this! A new study says you MUST take a break, every hour at work, to be your most productive. It's called the 100% dedication theory, where while you're working, you focus COMPLETELY on working, getting things done, marking off that list, but then, you take a break and do no work! Not even taking a peek at email or Facebook. You can chat, do some stretches or walk around, even power nap, but then, back to work, and no goofing off.
Turns out that'll put you into your most productive mode, and you're supposed to enjoy your job more. The recommended times are 52/17. Fifty two minutes of work, 17 minutes of break time, but 50/10 will work, too.
