You probably take the painkiller acetaminophen without knowing it... it's in about 600 REALLY common drugs... including NyQuil, Excedrin and Sudafed. BUT, acetaminophen is the top cause of sudden liver failure in the country! That means if you overdose on it, your liver gets so damaged it's suddenly basically DEAD, and if you can't get a transplant within a couple of days, you die. MEN AS LIKELY AS WOMEN TO GET DEPRESSED
The results of a new study show men may suffer from depression at the same rate as women. That's what researchers from the University of Michigan and Vanderbilt University found when they factored in symptoms like substance abuse, rage and risky behaviors that are often seen in depressed men. Taking those gender-specific symptoms into account could help explain why men are four times more likely to take their own lives than women. The study's authors think their findings could change the way depression is measured.
