MAN PLEADS NOT GUILTY OF KILLING IN-LAWS IN MT. JULIET
A Lebanon man charged in the murders of his mother and father-in-law, has pleaded not guilty to the charges. 49 year-old Richard Parker is accused of delivering a package with an explosive device inside to the home of his wife's parents, Jon and Marion Setzer, last Monday. Jon was killed instantly when the package exploded, his wife, Marion died two days later. Parker is still in jail and goes to court again in April. Funerals are set for Saturday for Jon and Marion Setzer.

MASSIVE BLAZE BURNS NASHVILLE APARTMENT COMPLEX
A MASSIVE fire at the Point Breeze Apartments off Ellington Parkway that damaged or destroyed ten families' apartments... was apparently started from a woman burning a candle. There were no resident injuries, but a firefighter was taken to the hospital with burns on his face. Carol Bray said she was burning a candle in her apartment and claims it suddenly exploded.

POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF RAISING MINIMUM WAGE
There's a new report out looking at what effect the mininum wage would have on America. ort from the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office says half-a-million jobs could be lost by 2016 if the minimum wage is increased to ten-dollars-and-ten-cents an hour.  The report also projects as many as 900-thousand people being lifted out of poverty.

HOT POCKETS RECALL
If you buy hot pockets for the kids, you'll wanna make sure you don't have some that have just been recalled. Nestle is recalling nearly a quarter of a million cases of Philly Steak and Cheese Hot Pockets because they may contain meat included in a massive beef recall. MILK PRICES UP
Depending on where you shop, your milk prices could go up as much as 60 cents a gallon, to the highest price ever, next month. Some stores MAY eat the increase, though that doesn't seem to be how that usually pans out. The national average is already more than $3.50 a gallon.

WOMAN FALLS INTO SINKHOLE
Another sinkhole has opened up. This time in a lady's back yard in Portland, Oregon, and the woman and her little dog, fell into it!  Fire officials rescued them, and everybody's okay.

MOST OF US FEEL VACAY DEPRIVED
Well we may not have needed a survey for this, but it's good to know you're not alone. A survey by Expedia, finds 6 in 10 of us feel we are "vacation-deprived."

NEW ADHD BOOK SAYS THE CONDITION DOESN'T EXIST
A new book on ADHD claims the condition does not exist. A Chicago-based neurologist Dr. Richard Saul, has treated thousands of patients labeled as having ADHD over the past 50 years... and says the problem is that many doctors diagnose ADHD by the symptoms, which could actually be things like sleep disorders, hearing or vision problems, obsessive-compulsive disorders... or even GIFTED kids being diagnosed with ADHD. Dr. Saul says he expects the debate to continue. 

FALLON WINS RATINGS RACE
Jimmy Fallon's debut as the new Tonight Show host, was the big hit of the night. He beat out all his other competition, including David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel.

FORMER BRENTWOOD PTA PRESIDENT ARRESTED IN FLORIDA
The former Brentwood PTA president who was once jailed for stealing $150,000 from a Brentwood school account in 2007 didn't show up for her court date, and has now been arrested in Florida. Julie Buchanan was found hiding in a home in Florida. Her family has reportedly paid back the $150,000 she embezzled

FLORIDA LOUD MUSIC SHOOTING
A juror in the closely-followed trial of a Florida man accused of shooting a teen over loud music says the defendant "got away with murder."  The woman who asked to be identified only as Valerie tells ABC's "Nightline" that most jurors believed Michael Dunn was guilty of manslaughter or murder in the death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis.  But she says two jurors felt that Dunn feared for his life when he shot the teenager in 2012. 

THREE-YEAR-OLD MENSA MEMBER
Mensa has a new member: a three year old girl who lives in Arizona, who reportedly has an IQ over 160. Mensa is the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world. Little Alexis Martin started reading when she was two, and now reads at a fifth grade-level.
